FAQ
When should I hear back after making a reservation?
We strive to respond to all customer reservation requests within 24 hours. If you don’t hear back from us within 24 hours, please reach out to us using our contact form.
How far in advance should I make a reservation?
Please schedule your reservation out at least a week before you plan on holding the photo shoot. Requests made fewer than seven days before the reservation date may be subject to additional charges.
What's included in the packages?
For package details, please see our Packages page. All packages include the photo prop set, a camera tripod a Bluetooth shutter remote, and free deliver and pickup.
What if I need more time?
If you need more time than indicated in your reservation request, please call as soon as possible using the contact information provided at delivery of the photo prop package. Not all extension requests may be accepted. In addition to the charge for extra time, extensions may be subject to additional convenience charges.
